Have you checked the batteries?
Is the user control in a fixed position or does it get moved about?

The CM907 is fine. It will only need two wires as the unit is battery powered. Connect Boiler Ls to CM907 A and Boiler Lr to Cm907 B.

Don't forget to remove the DT10RF and replace it with the blanking plate.

i think the installer took the blaning plate away , are they easy to get hold of ?

also is the honeywell the best programmer to get ?

Don't forget that this would come under the control of Building Regs
Part P, so a Qualified Electrician would HAVE to carry out the work ;)

if the unit is battery powered i would assume the the two wires are both data ?

are you sure it comes under part p ?

Siemens REV24 RF has strongest signal of all wireless stats I have ever used. Last one I installed was in reinforced concrete house, sensor front groundfloor, receiver upstairs rear, still 100% signal. More accurate and more options too.

That would normally be enough to connect the receiver to the boiler. What size is it?

Yes it is a Part P requirement.... two cables are not data cables.
Honeywell use 868Mhz as a frequency (which honeywell paid alot to use) and its a 'reserved' broadcast channel unlike most that use 433Mhz which you can use willy nilly.
Honeywell ones are excellent and barely suffer bad signals. Just upgrade to the wireless honeywell system instead of going hardwired.

just paired up a dt20rf which i borrowed from a friend and it is just as bad.

how can worcester get away with selling this crap when clearly it does not work.
