I rent a property out and it has a system boiler in. It has BG insurance on and been serviced every year for 5 years since I have owned the property. Boiler maybe 9 year old.

It has never broke down. Flue analyser always done on gas cert also and all good.

I got in the loft other day and noticed the old stainless steel water tank is ok but it does not look in great shape.

I thought it would be a good idea to get this change.

One engineer is saying change system to a Combi.

Any advice or views what to do.

Thanks

If the system works and the tenant is happy then just replace the ( maybe suspect ) water tank. Far less disruption to the tenant and far less cost to you.

Can you post a picture of it ?

Thanks for prompt replys. I'm going to the property tonight or tomorrow night. I'll get a few pictures and post .
