changed radiator

Ive recently changed a radiator up stairs! But now all the upstairs radiators get hot, but down stairs the radiators are cold.

Ive tried bleeding them all...but the upstairs radiators are still hot..the down stairs still cold, except one in the hall, which is now warm!!

What else can I do?

turn all hot ones off. maybe turn ALL off except one cold. Probably an air lock. the increased pump pressure will hopefully cure it.

have HW off aswell if you have a hw cylinder
