Changing a 20amp DP switch to a 13amp DP FCU switch

I have recently just had a visit from a friend (electrician) who realised that each of my two bedroom heaters (1.5kw each infrared heaters) are on a circuit of there own with a 20amp DP switch each. He has suggested that I change these switches to 13amp DP Fused Connection Unit switches with a neon light for safety and some sort of regulations.

Should I change them?

Please advise.
