Help please!

I`m staying at my daughters house this week and the double d cfl light in one of her rooms has gone and I dont know how to get it out of the fitting to replace it!
I have installed and changed many lights/bulbs over the years but I have never fitted or changed one of these.
The cover comes of easily enough but I dont know which direction to "pull" the bulb housing to disconnect it, does it come apart vertically by pulling lightly down or does it slide apart to one side, if so how do i know which side?
I don`t want to exert too much pressure without knowing if I am going in the right direction so to speak.
Can someone please give me some simple instructions please?

Sussed it and sorted! It came out downwards.
Thanks to anyone who may have intended to reply.
