Changing covert camera to a dome camera

Hi,

I'm alittle stumped. At work I've been asked to change a covert camera to a dome camera. I've not worked on cctv stuff before so am unsure how to go about this. The covert cam had a cat5 (i think) cable connected to the board. The connections were as follows
Brown - Red
Blue - Yellow
blue/white +Brown/white - Black
No Connection - White.

On the dome it has 2 power supply connections and what looks like a BNC connecter on it.

Any help on whether/how to change this over would be grand

What is on the other end of the cable?
Cat5 cable can be used for short runs of cctv.

You will probably need a pair of the CCTV baluns like they sell here

I've just installed a dome camera using CAT6 and it worked well.

Video may well be just using the twisted pair. thats why I asked what was on the other end.
