Changing design from render to cladding after planning permission granted.

Just wondering if anyone has an idea about this.

Got planning for render but for various reasons believe cladding would be best. I assume I'd have to do something regarding planning? I would like to clad the back and sides as well so I'm wondering if that would be a issue as well?
 
You can submit a non-material amend to see if if would be approved. Doesn't cost much and fairly quick
