Hi I’m in the process of getting my soffits and facias replaced I am replacing my guttering and fall pipes with black and was wondering who would be the best tradesmen to phone to have my toilet and sink waste pipe replaced in black also?

Unless there is another reason to replace them than colour, why not paint them black?
