Changing regular lever handle to locking one for bathroom

My bathroom door has a regular lever door handle with your standard tubular mortice latch, with no lock. I want to swap it for something that locks for privacy, but it seems like all of the handles I've found are of the type that have two latches, one above the other.

I'd rather not have to chisel out new holes in the door and door frame, assuming my old cheap hollow core door even has the right internal bits to accommodate a second mechanism. But is this the only option? Where can I find a handle with a lock integrated into it (in matte black to match the room)? So far Wickes, Screwfix, Ironmongery Direct, etc etc don't seem to have what I'm looking for.

If it's the only option then what do I need to do to the door? What do I need to buy?
