I've recently removed my wooden window from the bathroom and its been raised by 50cm so the bath doesn't sit over it,

I was wondering about reusing the same window frame again but just making it shorted and simply ordering a new glass unit for it.

Has anyone ever done this ? Is it particually hard or is there anything I would need to watch out for ?

The glass part that is being replaced is not part of an opening window if that makes any difference.

Was thinking of removing the glass first then making the frame up fitting the frame to the hole and then inserting the new glass in,

Any idvice or recomended equipment/sealant that i'd need would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks

Paul
