Would this course make someone qualified enough to do simple jobs in rented properties. Changing switches, light fittings etc. Thanks

Doing a course or an apprenticeship or passing exams does not mean you can do things within the rules, I have a degree in electricial and electronic engineering, but when I looked at joining a scheme only offered electrian mate status.

What you can do depends on where the property is, Wales and England are diffrent, but even if you are permitted to do the task you will need insurance.
