Changing tap tails on Hansgrohe monobloc basin mixer

Hi, I need to remove the tails to install longer ones. However, when I try to unscrew they simply turn but do not unthread.
Is this something specific to the make and they cannot be removed or is there a solution out there? TIA

Sometimes the crimped ferrule end of the pipe can spin inside and then you need to grip the actual metal end with the thread that screws into the tap to loosen it.
