CHAS accreditation

Hi guys

Can any one tell me if it is hard to get a CHAS accreditation please?

will i be able to sort the documentation myself or am i best to get one of these companies to do the admin?

YES it is long winded and quite detailed

We took six months and alot of investment - how much you can do yourself depends on your qualifications.
we are a small company, Constructionline happily accepted our "in house" systems and policies - CHAS laughed them out
we ended up paying a consultant......

The whole thing is a scam which will NOT guarantee you any more work.
Any work you do get will take ages to pay you and may even suggest that prompter payments follow significant discounts off your invoice....
