I got recycled crushed rubble from a local quarry. They take the rubble from skip companies then crush it. They sell it as recycled MOT Type II grade material.
I took about half a bucket of bits of string and plastic whatever out of the tipper truck full I got. This is the reality of waste recycling. It wouldn't do any harm but doesn't look nice.
You'll get red brick, concrete and whatever was demolished in it. I actually quite like the look of the stuff. But the bits of brick may break down with frost and vehicles.
On the other hand, I've been to a caravan park where they had normal white limestone MOT Type II as all their access tracks. In the summer breeze the dust clouds were awful, as it has a lot of fine dust in. So I'd argue crushed waste could be better as it's usually a bit less dusty.
