Cheapest flooring for my loft?

Hey guys.

Im on a very tight budget, need extra storage space in my house so im going to floor my loft.
What and where is the cheapest flooring to do this job? And what mm thickness is load bearing? Thanks

lofts in general are for very light storage like the xmass decorations
assuming you have sufficient insulation you will need cross battoning of 4x2
what size are your joists what centres are they and how long is the unsupported span ??

i have to be careful
since my father died before xmas i have come unstuck a few times i used to answer the phone "HHHEEELLLOOO" but thats not so appropriate when the conversations are going to be a tad sad or very formal lol

and again lots off emails to official offices dont seem so "official" with a "heeelllooo " added

i am trying to get back in the habit off happy greetings though
