Cheapest way to cook with Electric

We have a ninja 2 drawer air fryer, non stick with non stick trays. Put in to soak with some bubbles whilst having dinner and it all just brushes off. You can also get paper liners for most shapes/models.

I would be cooking for one....

Want the most economic cooking device..
general comments
i cook nothing from frozen for example a ready meal says 900w 8,5 mins stirring half way through
i place the frozen meal in the fridge 2 or 3 days before use reducing the fridge running costs a fraction
take out the fridge 2 to 3 hours before eating and tip onto a plate with zero waste as the cold contents do not stick to the plastic container and cover then when time to cook microwave 2 to 2.5 mins only to get piping hot[65- 75% reduced warming costs]
i also plan only opening the freezer perhaps once every other day by transferring stuff to the fridge planning 3 days ahead
for example one fish portion one pie and a pasty in the fridge thawing then 3 portions off veg to cook at once for the pie with 2/3 returned to fridge for 30 second micro burst on a plate to add to the grilled fish and new potatoes or chips the next meal time

i use a forman style grill with adjustable plates and micro for all my cooking
