chemical cleaner

Hi to all great site for us novice plumbers.
may be a daft question i want to put the chemical for removing sludge into my central heating system, i have a baxi combi boiler, where do i put the chemical when ready to re-fill

we useally put it through the vent hole on a radiator or the filling loop etc.
you can get the adaptors to use.
