iwish to remove a chimmney breast from a kitchen,the upstairs chimmney breast and stack have been already removed by the previous owners the chimmney breast is on an outside wall not a party wall

Technically you can, as it's no longer load-bearing. Providing that it doesn't cause issues of lateral stability with the wall to which it's attached. Although that's unlikely.
