Good morning

I have some concerns about one of the chimneys on our Victorian detached house (built c1860).

There is a lean (also noted on the survey when we purchased the property in 2016).

I've attached some current pictures (along with one from the previous survey).

Should we be concerned ? If so should be get a builder or roofer to inspect first, or ask a structural engineer ?

Thanks

Never get anybody to inspect anything in which they might have an interest in the work they may recommend.

A structural engineer to inspect. Or a building surveyor if he is competent in this type of work.

A bricklayer to do any subsequent work. Plus may need a GasSafe engineer if the flues are in use.

It does not look that bad from those pictures, but the pictures are not that good.
