Chimney pot cap

Hi all

I have a 1920s terraced where the chimneys (4pots) are no longer used and want to cap them off to prevent rain ingress and birds. I've come across these which I think will work https://www.chimneyproductsdirect.co.uk/rain-cowl-with-mesh.html

Are these ok and what should I expect to pay to have them fitted, on the basis they can be accessed from a roof ladder.

They will do the Job. As for cost call a few roofers, its only a 30min job to do all 4.
