Chinese Underfloor heating controls

Hi

We have two of these controllers wall mounted outside our bathroom - one is for for the bathroom underfloor heating mat and one for a towel rail.

We don't have a manual and I haven't been able to find one at the retailers and specialist underfloor heating firms in our area. The controller seems to be a Chinese made generic device 16A 230v CE Automatic M75.16 - ours has no brand name.

Grateful if anyone could advise me where I might find a manual or who can give some guidance to how the controller is operated.
