We have a small bathroom, and my son (dont you just love kids) left a tap running, we had cheap lino down and it looks like the chipboard flooring is totaly soaked though. Reading online, this is not something that's worth saving. So I'd be looking to pull it up and replace it.

What's the best replacement option? I know some have said ply, but ply is large and I can't really transport a full sheet in the car. So Im asking if there is a easier to manage replacement - for example,e a tongue and groove plywood or alternative material that would be a better option than chipboard....and hopefully something that I can fit in the car!

Just pay for delivery and get the materials required..
My local timber merchants charge £20 to deliver.
Will make job easier and better.

Just phone around and ask

I give a list of sizes for boxing and flooding and they cut ready to fit. I think it's something like first 5 cuts are free.
Just easier sometimes to get it cut and delivered for what it costs

I'd be tempted to let it dry out and see how bad it is. If it's green then it's moisture resistant and may survive.
