I've got a plasterboard ceiling that used to have polystyrene tiles on it. The tiles have been removed, there's a tiny bit of mould and and some staining from a water leak (now fixed - boards seem solid).
I'm going to clean the mould off, then I was planning to use Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 plus followed by Zinsser Perma White.
But tonight, while in Bodgit & Quickly, I noticed Zinsser Ceiling Pro 5-in-1
Would 2 coats of the Ceiling Pro 5-in-1 be equivalent, better, or worse, than a coat each of Bulls Eye 1-2-3 plus & Perma White?
Both supposedly cover stains, INCLUDING water and tobacco; and both biocidal and prevent mould growth.
It would be cheaper, and I believe I can get 2 full coats out of 1 2.5l tin, to go with the Ceiling Pro 5-in-1. But cheaper isn't always better, although expensive isn't always best either.
