Choosing an Extending Ladder

I have a 2-section aluminium extending ladder that extends to 7.5m. It has wheels to run it up the wall and a pull string to raise it, so it can all be done by one person with the ladder starting upright. However it has been stored in the garden too long and has reached end of life.
I have been looking for a replacement and it looks like wheels and pull string are not common features these days. Can anyone comment on this or point me at a suitable supplier?

Well yes, but I was just searching for extension ladders and then looking at the pictures for ropes. Didn't think of the key-word 'rope operated'! Thanks!
