Chrome plating / Galvanising

I don't know, therefore a question for the collected wisdom.

Will Chrome plating react with galvanising?

I wish to use Dome woodscrews to hold Galvanised turn buttons. The dome head screws I have are chrome on Brass.

If you look up the Galvanic Series you'll see all the metals listed and their reactivity to each other. So you're dealing with Chromium, Zinc and Brass. On a practical note ( without checking the series) I say there will be no reaction, knowing that brass and zinc are fine.

You may like to consider stainless instead of chrome? Just thinking the chrome plate may wear off.
