Does the yellow wire go to a motor?
The bottom right of your pic shows what looks like a broken strand of wire on the motor contacts, next to the brown wire (where the diode is soldered on).
The speaker should connect to the SP, but I can't tell the polarity of the output (may not matter greatly). Sometimes square pads denote positive, but not always!

Yes, looking closer at the other connections, the square SP pad should connect to +ve on your speaker (if it's marked at all).
