Thermostatic valve type, sorry no model number. Customer phoned (I can't get out to see her for a few days) will not turn off. No Isolatition valves available, pipework reduces from 15mm to 10mm so I take it no isolation valve could be fitted. She checked behind the Bath Panel.
Problem is obviously, water on, shower runs permanently, any clues from you experienced guys what the mixer valve problem could be?
