citreon c3 problem

in the winter my 59 reg citreon doesn't want to start when it does it stalls when i get to a junction.Now there's another problem ever couple of weeks i drive to say a local shop come back out there's no power have to wait 20 mins before it will start again it's in the dealers at the mo but they can't find the fault what a surprise.
Any ideas anyone!

Bad connection, but the trouble is how to find it if the car is now starting as normal.
