City Plumbling Supplies open to public?

Hi,

I need a drain down kit that City Plumbling Supplies (cityplumbing.co.uk) has in stock. I was planning to go down early tomorrow morning, but I'm not sure whether they are open to the public or if they are trade only.

Does anybody know?
