Clarke CFIS250 Flipover Table Mitre Saw

anybody got anything to say on this bit of kit .. looking to buy a table saw but seen this and thought it could be a usefull addition to the tool kit ?

I would not want one as a gift. I have a very old cast iron 14 inch table saw with a mortising attachment. I did have a 10 inch SIP table saw that I weighed in for scrap.
