This is actually quite a good machine, despite its Chinese origins.
The engine is by Loncin, which is quite established now and the pump is a Comet copy type with a brass distribution head. (On the machine I looked at).
Machine Mart have the spares situation sorted enough, so change the oil regularly and it will last you a long time.
I can't comment on the lance durability I'm afraid - I prefer the type that allows you to change the nozzles.
For reasons unknown to me, the petrol tank interior rusts so keep it full.
One point with stuff like this - always run the machine long enough to flush water out of the lance, and then disconnect the lance after use.....it allows the pump to dry. The pumps need an oil change too - 5/30 fully synthetic lube is often recommended.
