Just start digging for my decking and found out that next to the wall it's only clay (that explain lack of soaking of rain water and rising damp).
How deep I should remove clay the have good drainage?
What should I use in stead of clay?
Simple just fill it up with soil or should be I use some gravel or sand or something else?
