clay tile sealant

Hello
Anyone know a good water sealant product for clay roof tiles please ?
Something like this but which I can buy locally http://www.nanotechsolutions.uk.com/surfapore-r.htm
can't wait 3/4 days for delivery.

All i know of that might work is something we stock called Prom-Seal.

Promseal is a specialy formulated Acrylic Resin which can be applied to tiles when laid.
