Well this http://www.diynot.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2716 works on leather so it may be worth a try on lino (or do you mean vinyl? I thought lino went out with the ark?)

Bicanate of Soda, Lemon Juice and white wine vinegar for the "Natural" solution....mix together, if you need to concentration then make a paste out of the to BOS and Lemon juice, then add the WWV for "moping" the rest of the floor.
