any tips or products that work well and will this also clean up the flexible grout between tiles

how about brick cleaner, would this be ok and would my paintwork on the skirting survive ?

Maybe try the FLoors/Stairs/loft forum. They are more into finishes.

the lithofin products are very good i have used their sealers (mn stainstop) on numerous slate floors and its very good. I would imagine their tile cleaners are up to the job as well but maybe this would be better in the tiling section.
