Tile adhesive (Mapei)

Wickes is currently doing an offer on the above. Is there any difference between a frey version which is on offer compared to a white one? Since it is the grout line that matters, just wondering why the grey one is cheaper. Is this product any good also? When would I need a flexible tile adhesive?

Product will be used for about 20m2 of tiling in a ground floor disabled bathroom with wet room (but not on the floor only the walls).

Grey can stain white tiles.

How's that possible - it goes on the back of the tile? If any is spilt on the front surely you just wipe it off?

Some types of tile are more porous and/or translucent - dark adhesive can show through on the front after installation.
