cleaning solid oak interior doors

hi,

hope someone can help. we bought a very old house from a very old man who was a wood importer. apparently the skirting boards and doors are solid japanese oak. a guy who came to price some new windows was doing cartwheels along our hall when he saw our doors/skirtings/frames etc.

as we have been renovating for 2 yrs the doors have been splashed with plaster, grout etc etc. Can anyone recommend any good products for cleaning our lovely wood????

I would think a scraper to remove the plaster etc very carefully of the wood.
