Clicker press

Anyone use a clicker press/swing arm press?

I used one today and the setting wasnt high however when i pressed the buttons and it pressed the work i was doing the force felt quite strong and i could feel it go through my body. Is this normal? Are there any safety requirements?

Your not supposed to put your body under it.

Haha obviously not! But i felt the "jolt" from it
