i'm gonna install a down stairs cloakroom and needed a bit of advice on the waste pipe.i do have a diagram which would explain it easier but don't know how to post it.anyway the soil stack is located approx 4.5 metres away.the waste would have to go along the wall all the way through the kitchen to the stack which is at the back of the house[inside].if anyone knows how i can post my diagram it would make things more easy to explain.basically i'd like to put in 4'' waste but would it be better to have a macorater and a smaller waste.

What is connected to your outside stack as it may be a vent pipe only and you will not be able to connect to it due to blockages that may occur.
You may need to convert it using slow radius bends underground.
Any drainage work must be approved by BCOs
Don't think there would be a problem if you are using a macerater.
