Why spend £1.5M on a software to monitor the expected high volume of adverse reactions?
If they expect it, surely the gp and hospital records would be sufficient to have enough data.
Or is it that they expect a vaccine induced pandemic?

It’s because monitoring adverse reactions is vitally important.

in fact countries that had faster and harder lockdowns have had less disruption No attribution
