you probably wont find an "off the shelf" one, you may have to consider getting one custom made (assuming you have exhausted all possabilites)
Can you not split the height into a 72'' and a 22'' door and either hang them to open independently or join them with a pair of stitching plates so they open together. Other than that you would have to have them custom made which will not be cheap .
