CMT727 locked help

Hi, i have bought off eBay a cm727 honeywell wireless thermostat but i cannot use any of the programme settings, and from what ive read this is because its a hotel made one which needs a pin to use it

does anyone know how to enter this pin and also what the factory pin might be???

The only difference I know of with the 727 as compared to the more popular CMT927 is that is has a service reminder. The 727 is normally used in social housing/tenanted properties. The alarm goes of at varying periods so the tenant has to call the landlord to service the boiler/reset the stat.
