I do believe your original query was answered in the first few replies.
You then chucked in some extra information about losing the channels from COM7 because (and I paraphrase) "COM7 was on ch55, but now broadcasts on a much lower frequency". That simply isn't true, and it's not the reason you lost COM7 at the previous property.
