I have a three story house witha combi boiler and a mega flo system. One radiator on the middle floor is not getting warm. The pipes leading to the rad are hot. It has a terrior II TRV. Why has this happened? Could teh pin be stuck in the TRV? How do I remove the head to check this?

if you feel at the bottom off the trv head you'll feel a collar which feels like a serated edge you should twist it and it will become loose then just pull the head off. to put back on turn the dial to 5 then push on and screw the collar back on
