I have 1 radiator in the house that will not heat up at all. It is hot at the top and cool at the bottom, I have tried bleeding it but there is no sign of any air in it. the inlet valve is hot to touch and the outlet is open and cool. The water in the rad is also clear.

I have tried switching off all the other radiators in the house to see if this will help, but it doesn't. anybody any suggestions?

i would suggest its full of sludge.

u can pay for a power flush £300 ??

or turn valves off. drain rad. take it outside and clear it out with the hose pipe and refit it

It sounds like you've got a blockage of heavy metal debris. You'll have to flush it out in the garden.
