Cold Radiators

Hi

I am after some advice I have 3 rads in the kitchen and the system is about 5 years old in a new house these 3 rads are not getting hot. I have taken them off flushed them through put them back on and then they are hot system then clicks off on timer when it comes back on rads are cold again any ideas please...................

Its a micro bore system boiler runs both heating and hot water and its had a clout!

Is it only these three rads affected ? Try closing the trv,s on the other rads, if this works it could need balancing (see F.A.Q.) Thats assuming its not zoned (as kev said more info)

I have turned all the other rads off but it does not make any difference they remain cold but when i disconnect the rad plenty of pressure and hot water there.

both sides flow AND return

Yes both sides flow and return???????

Could be a blocked rad, take it outside and flush with a hosepipe (bash it while flushing)
