I have an issue with my hot water and wondered if anyone could help diagnose the issue.
I live in a 3 story house, to get hot water in my ensuite shower (top floor) i have to run the cold tap in the wash basin (in the same room).
- i'm able to get hot water from the wash basin without any problems
- when i moved into the house there was no problem
- the issue seems to be gradually getting worse, a few months ago i was able to have a warm shower (without the cold basin tap on)
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
