I have a basin in my ensuite bathroom and the cold water tap has no pressure at all, fully turned on the tap is only producing a small trickle of water. There's no problem with any of the other cold taps in the house or with the hot water tap in the en suite.

What could be causing this?

You dont know the diffference between pressure and flow!

Pipework, filter etc.

Perhaps you need a plumber?

My guess is that the tap jumper - thats the bit that holds the rubber washer - is stuck down, usually due to the washer itself being split.
Its easy enough to check and repair....easier still if the tap supply has an isolating valve on it somewhere.
John :)

thanks John. I took the tap apart, gave it a clean and put it back together and that seems to have fixed it. The washer was OK, maybe just a bit of dirt inside.

thanks anyway.
