Have ripped up a floor and the cold main runs in 15mm copper across a solid floor and slightly pertrudesfloor level. I want to run a new copper pipe, but am not running main back to outside stop cock. So for the internal run, what depth does it have to be buried and what protection used? Copper or blue poly?

Are you burying it in the screed?
It will be buried in sand/cement or screed yes.

Copper wrapped in protective tape (Denso) and at least 25mm cover over the pipe.
