That's either a badly phrased question, or it's based on absurdity.
It isn't about the ethnic composition of sport people or teams, it's about the reasons that composition is what it is.
For instance, the number of black polo players is very limited due to the obvious cost of participating in that sport, although there have been some notable black polo players, but very few compared to white players.
As ellal said, it's often about the cost of participation and the unequal opportunities for ethnic minorities to participate due to the obvious difference in the ability to fund that participation, which is due to the institutional inequality in society.
There are definitely sports that are dominated by a particular colour or ethnic culture like China to table tennis .
These days black people are making it in sport because its not just about money.
There is definitely not the racism in sport like there used to be.
